6:00 - 7:00 pm (pizza and soda afterward)
367 Willard

A major in Labor and Employment Relations prepares students for a range of different occupations and can improve chances of finding a position upon graduation. In addition to equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed for success in the world of work, the Department of Labor and Employment Relations also encourages LER students to invest time and effort to position themselves as a strong candidate for opportunities in the job market. Toward that end, there are a wealth of resources available to assist LER students with their career planning. An orientation to those services scheduled for Wednesday, November 9 at 6:00 p.m. in 367 Willard.

This orientation will introduce students to services, events, and resources available through Penn State Career Services and the new Liberal Arts Career Enrichment Network.  Speakers include:

Holly Temple: Penn State Career Services
Susan Knell: Liberal Arts Career Enrichment Network

Please RSVP by Monday, November 7 to: Jessica Steele at jgs18@psu.edu; 863-5389.
